Today we had a team WOD and cookout. It was my first time to do one and it consisted of:
200 pullups
300 burpees
400 kb swings
500 situps
The reps were split up between 4 team members with only 2 team members going at the same time. My team finished in 25:58! We also had Crossfitters come all the way from Tulsa and Jenks. It was cool to see the gym packed with so many people passionate about their fitness.
